Randy Guth, Owner / President of EXIT Inland Realty, has been in the real estate business for over 5 years. A short sale and investment expert, Randy specializes in the purchase and sale of distressed properties. His expertise is of great benefit to his clients and his agents. He is also the V P of the Athletic Booster University Prep High School. He and his office also donate to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
Originally from Merced, CA , Randy moved to Alaska before settling with his family in Victorville. In his off time he enjoys coaching sports and running marathons. HD Events shows Randy the Running Realtor as coming in 2nd in the Half marathon for his division. Wow, old ,slower but still came in 2nd in the Mojave narrows 1/2 marathon on 06/30/2012
